It belongs to the municipality of Godelleta Valencia, Spain, in 6222 m2 plot. RURAL ECOTOURISM HOSTEL – ACCOMODATION for 80 PEOPLE AND CONVENTIONS ROOM SITUATION-GODELLETA-VALENCIA - SPAIN LOCATION The project focuses its activity in the province of Valencia, Spain, surrounded by vineyards, oranges and other crops. It belongs to the municipality of Godelleta Valencia, Spain, in 6222 m2 plot. Luna de Valencia is located in rural surroundings, refreshed by the cool air of the Mediterranean, which present a variety of Gullies and Mountains, very nice places, for sports activities, bicycle, hiking, horseriding, a wide range of cultural activities, training courses and that also invite for resting and relaxation. In the immediate vicinity, we find points of interest in rainfed villages. The place selected for the implementation of the project was carried out, after detecting the lack of this type of offer in the area, and observing the suitability of these rural surroundings close to Valencia. Short break tourism, combined with leisure, sports activities and training, has been and continues to be, one of the main factors of development in Spain. The proximity to the Airport (19 km) facilitates the arrival of foreign tourism. The proposal is based on the promotion of rural tourism and the development of strategies compatible with a sustainable tourism directed to an audience sensitive to the healthy living and respect for the environment. A PROJECT UNIQUE IN SPAIN The use of Bio Construction and renewable energy, the participation of different specialities,Feng Shui, geobiology, etc., and the use of local natural materials ensure us a healthy and comfortable accommodation.
